How Tekadvice SRL handles the data of tekadvice.md visitors and what the site stores in your browser. Updated: 5 October 2026.
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is Tekadvice SRL, IDNO 1017600039506, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.

2. What we collect
From the contact form — your name, company, phone number, e-mail address, the area you asked about and your message. You fill in every field yourself; only the name and the phone number are required.
Technical data — IP address, browser and operating system, pages visited, date and time. These end up in the server logs and in Cloudflare, the service that protects the site from attacks.
Your settings — the language you chose, the light or dark theme, and your cookie choice. These stay in your browser.
We do not collect health data, beliefs, biometrics or any other special category of data, and we do not track visitors beyond this site.
3. Why we process it
Processing follows Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection, for these purposes and on these grounds:
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote — performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one.
- To deliver the services you contracted and keep a record of them — performance of a contract.
- To keep the site secure and working — our legitimate interest in protecting the infrastructure from attacks and abuse.
- For analytics and advertising — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- For accounting and tax records — a legal obligation.
4. How long we keep it
- Contact form enquiries — 24 months from our last exchange.
- Server logs — up to 12 months.
- Contract and accounting documents — for the periods the law requires.
- Your cookie choice — 6 months, after which we ask again.
Once the period is over, the data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Who else sees it
We do not sell your data or pass it on for commercial purposes. Only the Tekadvice SRL staff who need it to answer you have access, together with the providers that keep the site running:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — site protection and delivery. Traffic passes through the company global network, including servers outside the Republic of Moldova.
- Our e-mail provider — delivery of contact form messages to our mailbox.
The site is hosted on infrastructure owned by Tekadvice SRL in the Republic of Moldova. Fonts and every other file on the site load from our own server, not from third parties.
We disclose data to the authorities only where the law requires it.
6. Your rights
Regarding your data, you have the right to:
- find out what we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- ask for your data to be erased;
- ask us to restrict the processing, or object to it;
- receive your data in a form that can be transferred to another controller;
- withdraw your consent, without affecting the processing carried out before that.
Write to [email protected] — we answer within the period set by law. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small files the site stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work; the rest load only once you agree to them.
On your first visit we ask which categories you accept. You can change your mind at any time through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
At the moment no analytics or advertising tools are installed on this site. If we add any, they will load only after you accept them.

Analytics and performance
Loaded only with your consent. They show how many visitors we have and which pages they read, so we can improve the site.

You can also delete cookies from your browser settings. Note that without the strictly necessary ones some parts of the site will stop working.
8. Security
The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection only. Access to the admin panel and to the server is restricted, protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and backups are encrypted. We are an IT services company and apply the same measures we recommend to our clients.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version appears on this page and the date at the top is updated. It is worth checking back from time to time.
